   Respected Sir, This is my first letter to you since the beginning of my career in the film industry in Mumbai in 2013. I wish to inform you of all that happened with me during that tenure and the levels of exploitation and dirty politics that ranges in the depths of the industry that proudly pronounces itself as the top brand in the country. Wish to remain anonymous as i do not want to enter the realm of the politics of the surrounding events and thus want to lead a simple and uneventful life. I reached Mumbai and for 6 months researched and went to about 300 production houses looking for work to be an assistant director in feature films. I walked for miles as i had only 50,000/- in my pocket which i had kept aside for my rent, food and travel. In 2013 after 6 to 7 months of struggle i got a call from a production house named Autograph Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. in Lokhandwala, New Mahada, that i would be hired as a Runner. I was above the moon and leaving my lunch ran to them. They set me on a salary of 10,000/- per month. 2 months later the director told that the assistant directors would not be paid as he would be revising the script. The film shoot had been cancelled as the director found out that the hero of the film had been on drugs and been drooling during the shoot. After that i ran out of money for rent and asked the director for a place to stay. He asked me to stay at the production house. As i moved into the production house the Producer and the Director got frid of the office boy and i started doing his work right from making tea, to cleaning dishes and even cleaning the toilets. Obviously they taught me few things but at the expense that they told me that they would give me my salary when the film would begin. Till date the film never began and they have never released the dsalary of the 2 and the half years of hard and honest labour that i did for them.Everybody else was paid for their work even as a new office boy was kept when they thought the new shoot was approaching but not me. They promised that they would release my salary in parts when i finally left them because my parents in Delhi were suffering from ill health. What i want to convey through this is that the levels of exploitation and politics in this unorganised and criminal film world of Bollywood is immense and that it should be exposed as the rich feed on the basics of the poor and get richer while those who have dedicated themselves to the purity of the art and craft of cinema even at the regional level are left with scraps. I hope that this letter finds you and conveys the dark side of the film world and that though i wish not to be taking names i wish that the others who wish to make a mark for themselves through their talent and and hard work are not left unrewarded for their efforts due to the criminal mindset of the top superstars in the so called top Bollywood Industry.

   Dear Sir/Madam, Here I want to bring your notice that I tried so many time to get moratorium for march ,april, may and june but not given to me or may be some technical reasons for me and you too because of lockdown everyone suffer no support of customer care and branch that's why the outstanding grow. Please allow me to get a moratorium as per PM said on the TV that EMI extend and also pay attention to your interest excess due to lockdown both not connected. Please  allow me to reimburse some amount and extent installment as same for me ICICI and TATA CAPITAL  There I have also my EMIs .As per your discussion already deduct my finance charge 850 rs and late fees 950 but in my statement I saw DEBIT AND PURCASE 7378.87 Rs Credit and payment 1134 Rs approx in my statement 8000 PLUS(app.) as interest plus in my EMI interest also overall approx 8000 plus(please check on attachment) as stand interest but in june statement 265000 principal show now in JULY 2020  app 272000(app) this is fare when both of us not in touch due to lockdown. I already launched a complaint on OMBUDSMAN (10-7-20) in RBI .In lockdown my business also suffer.Please help me or I also go for consumer farms and media houses because I am in depression because of SBI CREDIT CARD my humble request to you not feeling well I have two daughters please help me.Thanking you, Your faithfully,Mohd Sharif292 D DEFENCE COLONY JAJMAU KANPUR 208010 Mob -7388490724

   With due regards I want to bring your kind attention towards charging High Prices by the Chemists for masks and Sanitizers. 12 Rs. Mask is being sold for Rs. 40 and 60 Rs. mask is being sold for Rs. 80 or more. Poor people can not afford the same. Therefore, the prices of such items should be fixed for selling and in case of violation of directions if any issued by the concerned authority a heavy penalty should be imposed upon such persons. Sir, I have suggestions to deal with this kind of situation. Like Industries where less than 100 workers or employees are appointed should be issued the mandate for preventing measures strictly. Employees visit offices as if they will not visit then there will be cut from the salary or any other punishment can be imposed. As there are walk-ins in the offices, so, there is a danger of infection of Coronavirus. Therefore, such offices should be instructed strictly that the employees should be allowed to work from home. to stop spreading such a deadly virus. Video conferencing of important issues should be allowed. Like prisoners who have to appear in court have to face can be affected. So, their presence should be exempted and anything they want to say can be recorded through video conferencing. Lawyers should also, be allowed to file cases in the High Court through online mode. Where the online facility is not there then they should be allowed to send their cases through speed post or through any other way like email etc. Regarding arguments in the case either the video conferencing should be allowed or Written Arguments of the case should be permitted to be sent to the High Court or other lower court registry. The cases pertaining to Coronavirus are spreading every day. So, to stop such a disease from spreading some more steps can be taken. One more the suggestion is this that if any child's test comes positive then he/ she should be allowed with one attendant by giving a thought that a man jumped from 6th or 7th floor from the Hospital room. So, if a young man who si quarantined/ separated from his/ her parents, How can a child manage with strangers I am waiting for the reply and measures to b taken in view of the present situation. I apologize if i have written any thing wrong, but these are the facts which i have seen and observed myself. .
